I'm a model, social media influencer and lover of food! I'm here with Parler Central to talk to you guys about the struggles of social media and how tackle issues such as body dysmorphia, eating disorders and self confidence.

As someone with a large social media platform and following, I see myself responsible to spread positivity and awareness of struggles and dangers revolving social media. Although this is my job and I love it! Others should be aware of the dark side.

As a teenager, I struggled with eating disorders and body dysmorphia; this affected my mental health and personal life massively and I never thought I would get better. But here I am, my body hasn't changed shape or size since then, but my mindset has; I love myself! (probably too much). I started going to therapy and talking to others more, there are many more people struggling than you think. trust me, you're not alone. There are always going to be parts of your body you would want to change, no ones perfect. But you can't change yourself. This is where you live, your body is your home

I have a task for you, get a picture of yourself as a child and stick it on your mirror; now, when you look at yourself in the mirror and call yourself fat/ugly, you're saying that to little you! Little you and big you doesn't deserve that.
